Cancellation Policy:  If you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled 
arrival date, we will refund the amount of your reservation less a $25 per room processing
fee.  If you do not cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival date, no refund will be given
unless we are able to re-book the room (less a $25 per room processing fee).
