The house is available for rent year round. The house is fully furnished, including washer and dryer. In the master bedroom the bed is a king size, one guest room has a queen-sized bed and the other guest room has a day bed with a trundle. The sofa in the den is a pull- out sleeper sofa so the house sleeps eight. Feather pillows and all linens, towels, etc. are furnished.

The living room is comfortably furnished with two overstuffed sofas and several overstuffed chairs and includes an entertainment area offering a large screen TV with surround sound, satellite dish receiver and a combo DVD/VCR player. An additional TV is located in the master bedroom and a stereo CD system is located in the den. The gas fireplace in the living room offers a cozy feel for cool nights.

The dining area is furnished with a handsome oak table seating eight. The kitchen with Corian countertops is well equipped for either preparing a gourmet meal or just tossing something into the large microwave oven. Wine rack, wine glasses, dishes and a wide assortment of pots, pans and cooking utensils are also furnished.

Outdoors, the roomy deck overlooking the water is accessible from the master bedroom, the living room and the den and is furnished with outdoor table and chairs-perfect for watching the truly spectacular sunsets over the Chesapeake Bay or the beautiful starry skies at night! If you plan to bring bicycles or fishing poles, kayak, etc., the large two-car garage offers plenty of space for all your recreational items.
